A bold statement in an industry traditionally rooted in wholesale buying cycles. PUMA

PUMA is a longtime partner of Zalando. In fact, they’ve been on Zalando since 2008, and live on Partner Program, Zalando’s direct-to-consumer marketplace model, since 2015.

One thing that makes selling directly to consumers via Zalando attractive to PUMA is the control it gives them over their assortments. TB International has ten of its brands in the Partner Program, the biggest is Urban Classics. The company invests strongly in ZMS, specifically in performance marketing to ensure success, acquire new customers and grow sales.

“With ZMS we are trying to focus on the right product at the right time. With the performance marketing activities that we’re doing, we go into great detail, selecting a product’s category, as well as certain SKUs that we want to highlight. During sales events we widen our approach, to have more products on the marketing radar.”
